3. Purchase and Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to download the Product. Delivery is via digital download links sent to your provided email address.
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe).
4. License and Usage Rights
Personal License
When you purchase AI Shortcut Stack, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

- Use the Notion template within your own Notion workspace
Prohibited Uses

5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

After a refund is issued, your license to use the Product is terminated, and you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Product from your devices and accounts.

- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information
- Any errors or omissions in the Product content
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

We may update the Product from time to time to improve the prompts, add new content, or reflect changes in AI technology. Purchasers receive free updates to future versions of the Product at no additional cost.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Helsinki, Finland, in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Finland Chamber of Commerce.
